Founded in 2007, Xenia Document Management offers advanced and personalized services across the entire document life cycle.

Thanks to consolidated technical and marketing skills and the partnership with Siav Spa, our company is able to guarantee quality and security in all areas of document management: from scanning to optical reading of the paper sheet (via OCR/ICR systems) , to the electronic management of IT documents, information flows and work processes, up to the digital preservation of documents.

Our expertise and experience allow us to adequately respond to all customer needs, with a diversified offer that guarantees increased efficiency and optimization of administrative processes and document flows.
Furthermore, our company develops customized solutions on the SIAV platform, not only for Public Administrations but also for Private Companies, operating in the most varied sectors: airport and port services, utilities, large-scale retail trade, large industrial sectors, SMEs.
