X-SIT by Xenia Document Management is the complete WEB GIS solution on an Open Source platform for land management and the creation of the Territorial Information System (GIS). It allows you to systematize the municipal and cadastral events and processes that govern building transformations, constituting the municipal real estate registry bank.

The software application allows you to navigate the database using search functions regarding both the property concerned and its owners and is part of the decision support systems (DSS – Decision Support System), which allow the Municipality to implementation of effective policies to combat tax evasion, using its own and/or third-party alphanumeric and cartographic databases.
