This is the definition of quality according to the UNI EN ISO 9000:2015 standard. Xenia Document Management has certified its processes since 2019, promoting the culture of quality within its organization, with the aim of guaranteeing its customers a high standard in the services provided.

The system is certified by the “RINA” Certification Body and concerns the following field of application “Design and provision of document management and process workflow services and related consultancy services. Design and provision of digital preservation and electronic invoicing services and related consultancy services. Software analysis, design, development, installation and assistance. Commercialization of Software”.

Managing documents and data entails significant responsibility for those who, by taking charge of the information, provide document management services.

For this reason, Xenia Gestione Documentale has implemented a system compliant with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2024+A1:2024 standard,
extending the ISO/IEC 27017:2015 and ISO/IEC 27018:2019 controls, certified since 2019 by the “RINA Service” certification body.
